A fantastic site I found called   Blue Hat SEO-Advanced SEO Tactics has detailed a nifty trick to get more traffic to your blog.

It is not Mod or an addon to your Blog but it is a tiny script that you place in each post so that when it is read it activated a Ping.

How Do I Install It?
Login to your wordpress account

Click on the Presentation tab

Click on the Theme Editor

Edit the Single Post(singlepost.php)

Scroll through the code till you find
<?php require(’post.php’); ?>
Right below it place this snipplet of code in
pinghack.txt
And your done!
